Casa Azul Downstairs is a tranquil, relaxing beach escape nestled in the woods and only a short drive to dining, shopping and the beach. Just 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth it is the private downstairs of a modern duplex that includes the owners amenities and features. There are two bedrooms, the owners with an attached bathroom providing a separate shower and soaking tub with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a full bed. There is also a half bathroom off the main hallway. A full modern kitchen with bar seating, nice cozy living room with two sofa’s, washer and dryer, a large open front porch, screened back porch, and shared backyard area with a BBQ grill. Four guests sleep comfortably at this property.Casa Azul Downstairs includes a city parking pass for your stay! Need more room? CA Azul Upstairs is also available and can be open to the whole house.
