The space
Stylish modern studio welcomes guests with easy access, just a couple small steps to the private entrance. Fresh interior with all‑new furnishings and appliances, including a gas stove, and a thoughtfully designed open layout that maximizes the space with a partially separated sleeping area and functional living spaces. Comfortable queen bed with a premium hybrid mattress and a sleeper sofa with a gel memory‑foam mattress. Prime location; great for weekend getaways, business trips, military assignments, medical rotations, and college visits.

One designated parking space is reserved directly in front of the house; additional free street parking is available nearby and brief parking is allowed at the entrance for loading/unloading. VIA transit stops on the corner; rideshares are readily available.

Other things to note
This guest apartment is on a small multi‑family property in a historic neighborhood. Two private apartments are in the main house and two rental units are at the rear. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment.

With only a few residents and guests on the property, the setting is comfortable and relaxed.
