Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed the house and the fully fenced garden that allowed our dog to browse freely. It would have been 5-star if the house had a washing machine ( since we did a lot of exercising), a barbecue in the lovely garden and maybe a somewhat bigger kitchen with some additional utensils.

Très beau gite.Bonne situation géographique pour rayonner dans le Tyrol et le sud Bavière. En plus Seefeld est une ville plutôt chic, avec tout le nécessaire.Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très agréable.

Wunderbare Tage in Seefeld

Die Unterkunft können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat sich ausserordentlich nett und persönlich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Eine Gastgeberin, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Hasu ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber.

Lovely place

We travelled by train to Seefeld and it was just a few minutes walk to House Erika. Christine gave us a very warm welcome, she is such a kind woman. The house is very clean and the bedrooms are spacious. Beds are good! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony to read a book or watch the thunderstorms. The garden is very large, so our son had enough space to play. We really had a great week in Seefeld. Niels, Siska and Pelle

Sehr tolles Haus!

Ein tolles Haus in sehr zentraler Lage. Skibus hält 30 Meter entfernt, fährt direkt zur Gondel "Rosshütte". Rundum, es war ein tolles Objekt, wir kommen gern wieder.

Immaculate house in perfect location

Beautifully finished house in an ideal location for exploring Seefeld. The house has large living and dining areas and the balcony is a good sun trap. The kitchen is very small but the adjoining breakfasting area easily doubled up as a preparation area. The large garden was also a safe haven for our grandson. We had a very enjoyable holiday and happily recommend this accommodation.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Haus Erika

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und großem Hund im Haus Erika sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, ruhig gelegen, gepflegt, geräumig, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Bäcker und zur Dorfmitte. Auch Supermärkte sind gut erreichbar. Der nahe gelegene Bahnhof, den man aber nicht hört, ermöglicht entspannte Ausflüge nach Innsbruck und München. Gerne empfehle ich dieses Haus weiter.

A beautiful home in Seefeld

Renting from Gerritt and Christina was so easy .Christina welcomed us to house Erika with ease and gave us a basket with wine and Austrian products which was so appreciated The house was immaculate. We have rented homes over many years in Europe this was clearly the most spectacular . Thankyou.

Ein wunderschoener Aufenthalt!

Die Bilder im Internet werden Haus Erika nicht gerecht, denn es ist in echt noch schoener als auf den Photos. Das Wetter waehrend unseres Aufenthalts war durchwachsen und wir haben viel Zeit im Haus verbracht. Weil Haus Erika aber sehr geraeumig und dazu noch wunderschoen eingerichtet ist, hat uns das nichts ausgemacht. Der Empfang mit Begruessungskorb war sehr herzlich. Als wir Probleme mit der Heizung hatten war die Besitzerin Minuten spaeter da and hat alles gerichtet. Der Bahnhof ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, und trotzdem hoert man im Haus die Zuege nicht. Ein Waschsalon befindet sich um die Ecke und der naechste gut sortierte Supermarkt mit Baeckerei ist auch nicht weit. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, aber fuer Familien mit Kindern waere Haus Erika auch ideal. Es hat einen grossen Garten und auf der breiten Einfahrt koennten kleinere Kinder sehr gut Fahrrard oder Scooter fahren. Seefeld selbst ist ein toller Ort, aber leider war Nebensalon, und daher blieben viele Restaurants und alle Bergbahnen geschlossen. Ich wuerde kuenftigen Gaesten raten sich beim Informationsamt Seefeld kundig zu machen bevor die Reisedaten ausgewaehlt werden. Anscheinend faengt die Saison erst Pfingsten richtig an.

Highly recommend House Erika.

Very convenient and comfortable home base to enjoy Seefeld and surrounds. We feel very fortunate to have found this house and Seefeld. We really enjoyed skiing, both Alpine and Nordic, Will come back for cycling someday.

Delightful Accommodation in a Delightful Area

The house (Haus Erika) is a beautiful, stand-alone house with a wonderfully landscaped yard. The inside is spacious and most comfortable. We were four adults, but more would also have been comfortable. The house is situated within easy walking distance to the Seefeld's attractions, and there is a professional laundry within 150 meters. The family that manages Haus Erika is most helpful, agreeable and accommodating. We hope to spend more time at this place in the not-too-distant future. We loved it!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'immobile a dicembre e posso dire che è difficile trovare un posto analogo. Casa spaziosa e luminosa e pulita e curata nei particolari con un giardino bellissimo e ben curato. 2 minuti dal centro a piedi Parcheggio ampio e comodo Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile Consiglio vivamente di passarci una vacanza Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
