Rood Roost: Spacious 3BR Near Downtown & Grand Junction Adventures

Rood Roost is a comfortable, affordable 3-bedroom retreat near Downtown Grand Junction, Colorado Mesa University, Lincoln Park, Las Colonias, and the Colorado National Monument. Enjoy cozy beds, nature-inspired décor, a fully equipped kitchen, 65" Smart TV, and keyless entry. Perfect for families, wedding groups, girls' getaways, sporting events, and outdoor adventures. Pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs), with a shared fenced yard and laundry area. No smoking.

Please Note:

The home is located upstairs and requires climbing stairs.

The laundry room is located downstairs in a common area and is shared with the downstairs tenant.

The fenced yard is also a shared space.

We are not onsite but close by. We leave you with plenty of towels, throws & pillows so you should be comfortable.

If there is a reason that you need something additional we will do our best to accomodate you within an hour.

We will communicate through the the App to ensure that you are settled, comfortable, and enjoying your stay.

Please text when you are leaving on the day of checkout so we can get it cleaned quickly to accomodate our next guests.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Dogs must be friendly around other people.
Dogs may not be left unattended in the shared yard.
Pets should not be left alone if they do not interact well with others.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the Swamp Cooler or Heater to 72 degrees before you leave. They operate on separate systems so the heat is on a thermostat and the swamper is operated with the dial on the unit itself.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
