Toller Urlaub am Wörthersee

Super schöne Ferienwohnung bei Klagenfurt. Sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr gutes Bett. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr liebe Vermieterin.

Die FeWo ist absolut Top! Sehr sauber, schön hell, sehr schön eingerichtet. Bad und WC auf neuesten Stand. Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt vorm Haus. Großer Garten. Die Lage ist auch super. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Hundefreundlicher Park zum Gassi gehen in der Nähe. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Österreich fahren, werden wir sehr gerne wieder diese FeWo buchen!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit kleinem garten. Bietet alles was man braucht. Matratzen sind sehr gut, was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt mit Hund

Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Lisas Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sehr nett. Schlüssel ganz easy über einen Schlüsselkasten erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines ruhigen 3 Parteien Hauses. Es war super mit unserem kleinen Hund, da er einen Garten hatte und auch die Wohnung tierfreundlich eingerichtet ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr reichhaltig und man findet alles, was man so braucht. Es gibt ein großzügiges, sauberes Badezimmer und eine große offene Küche. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind von dort aus fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sagen vielen Dank und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Geruchsunempfindliche

Wir waren zu zweit für 9 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist schön geschnitten und wie bebildet, liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat Terrassennutzung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat jede Menge Stauraum.Der Wohnessbereich ist etwas dunkel, da sich über der Terrasse ein Balkon befindet. Die Übergabe funktionierte reibungslos mit einer Schlüsselbox, nicht persönlich. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über Email, welche aber zeitnah beantwortet wurden. Mobilnummer gibt es keine, ebenso wenig eine Informationsmappe. Man findet sich aber gut zurecht. Leider riecht das Treppenhaus modrig (feucht), aber man hat ja die Wohnungstür. In der Wohnung selbst riecht es leider stark nach Kunstleder und Hund. Nichts für empfindliche Nasen. Nach 5 Tagen ließ sich dann der Rolladen an der Terrassentür nicht mehr hochfahren. Dieser wurde in unserer Zeit auch nicht mehr instandgesetzt. Somit war das Wohnzimmer mehr oder weniger dunkel und ein Lüften nicht mehr möglich (nur noch im Schlafzimmer). Somit keine Terrassennutzung mehr möglich. Gekocht haben wir dann die restlichen auch nicht mehr, da der Essensgeruch nicht richtig hätte abziehen können. Leider haben wir auf unsere Email betreffend einer eventuellen Teilrückerstattung aufgrund des erheblichen Mangels bis heute keine Reaktion bekommen (dabei war die Vermieterin doch immer so feundlich per Mail). Ansonsten: Parkmöglichkeit am Haus und zum See sind es 10 Automin. Grundsätzlich ist die Whg zu empfehlen.
