Located right in Greetsiel, in the so-called “Greetsiel Canal District,” just a few steps from the town centre and the harbour, this beautiful double cottage sits on a stunning canal-front lot.<br>Furnished in a modern country house style, the house and its garden are situated directly on a canal. It features its own boat dock, where a pedal boat is available for your free use from approximately April through October (use at your own risk; availability not guaranteed).<br>You’re also welcome to moor your own boat or one rented in Greetsiel at the dock.<br><br>For a relaxing time in the garden, 6 comfortable chairs and a table are provided for you. A wooden swing chair also invites you to unwind. <br><br>The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. One bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and one bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, as well as a children’s bedroom with two single beds, also on the upper floor. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge. All three bedrooms have blackout blinds!<br><br>The ground floor features a cosy wooden beam ceiling and underfloor heating. Here you’ll find a spacious living-dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. We’ve provided an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a coffee machine, and more.<br><br>For entertainment, an HD TV with a connected Blu-ray player is available on the ground floor. You’ll also find a stereo system and a radio here. In the upper bedroom with a double bed, a second TV with satellite reception is available for your use. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required). “(We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)”<br><br>A special highlight is the pellet stove on the ground floor. From October through April, we provide you with one refill of pellets per stay for the stove free of charge, so you can enjoy the cosy warmth of a burning fire right after your arrival.<br><br>The spacious shower room on the ground floor features a washing machine, a dryer, and an infrared sauna. These appliances are available for your use free of charge. You’ll find another shower room on the upper floor.<br><br>All windows throughout the house are equipped with fly screens.
