Een fijn huis in rustige omgeving. Wij zijn fijn ontvangen, in een schoon huis. Mooi zwembad. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Haus mit Pool

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das Haus ist einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Der Pool herrlich bei diesem heissen Wetter. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf. Zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten ins Dorf zum Einkaufen.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, … Das separate Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer ist moderner. Zwar vom Haupthaus getrennt, aber ideal für die Teenies. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Auch gibt es durch einen großen Feigenbaum am Pool auch immer genügend Schatten. Alles ist komplett eingezäunt und man ist überall ungestört, da das Grundstück von außen nicht einsehbar ist.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei Schlüsselübergabe; Haus gut ausgestattet; Pool liegt nachmittags im Schatten, daher sehr gut nutzbar; im Dorfkern (ca. 500 m entfernt): 2 Lebensmittelläden, 1 Apotheke, 3 sehr gute Gaststätten (darunter 1 Pizzeria); überall sehr freundliche Bedienungen.

Top Teil in schönem kleinen Ort

Das Haus und die Aussenanlage sind der Knaller. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, komplette Küche mit Geschirr und Besteck für 6 Personen (morgens und abends). Schlafzimmer und Bad in einem Extragebäude einfach wunderschön. Duschen mit angenehmen Strahl aber kleiner Standfläche in Dusche bzw. Badewanne. ABER: alles einfach toll. Der Weg zu den Mülltonnen ist kurz. Einzig der Krach des (mini-) Bauhofs der Stadt Figaniere kann stlrend sein. Da wird morgens ab halb sieben gestartet. Aber egal..

C est une première pour moi je suis d habitude ravie mais là manifestement les propriétaires ne cherchent qu une chose se faire de l’argent. Il n y a rien dans la maison vous devez même venir avec votre tapis de bain si vous voulez ne pas glisser. Des chaises cassées 4 sur 8, 4 mug pour 6, pas de chauffage, notifié dans l annonce chauffage électrique mais se sont en fait des radiateurs bains d huile. Des rallonges avec multiprises partout. Le wifi n a jamais voulu fonctionné de toute la semaine malgré nos multiples tentatives. L ampoule de la salle de bain n a jamais été mise de la semaine, pas de rideau de douche non plus. La chambre a l extérieur ne respirait pas la propreté et la salle de bain attenante le mitigeur qui bougeait un peu trop à notre goût, la poignée de la porte mal vissée qui si tu tires un peu trop fort semble vouloir te rester dans les mains. Nous avions pris l option linge de toilette les serviettes t’aient neuves meme pas lavées avant de nous les déposer.J‘aurais une liste longue comme le bras. Je n ai qu’une chose à dire, je pense qu il y a d autres endroits à louer que cette maison. Et le pire on me demande une caution en espèce et surtout si je ne l ai pas on me donne pas les clés non mais quand on voit la maison et les équipements c est une honte. En résumé vous pouvez y aller mais prévoyez d amener vos étendoir, votre rideau de douche, vos outils, une ampoule enfin amenez votre maison. Plus jamais, c est le genre de personne qui ne loue que pour se faire du fric et qui ne prend en aucun compte le bien être des vacanciers je n attend pas à être comme chez moi mais un minimum me sentir bien. C est tout pour ma part bien évidemment une réclamation est en cours et j ai des photos du logement.
