Beautiful Villa 500 m from the Lake with Pool and Air Conditioning
Located in Gastes, "Villa du Lac" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 103 m² property features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and a game console. A baby cot is also available.
Cleaning is not included in the rental; please leave the house clean. If you prefer, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee and can be paid on site to your host.
Outside, enjoy a heated pool with six sun loungers, a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, plancha, and outdoor shower. There is also a pétanque court. The property is 250 m from a grocery store and 500 m from the lake, port, and beach. Three parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is provided. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The house is step-free inside. Four bicycles are available for your use.
