Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return any beach chairs, beach items, pool toys, or umbrellas to their proper place
Make sure no towels, clothing, cushions, floats, or personal items are left outside. Turn off all lights, appliances, the grill, and the gas fire pit (if used).
Please secure all umbrellas in the down position when not in use. Use the tie-downs to keep umbrellas closed, especially during windy or bad weather.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
