This duplex worked well for our trip with 13 people. We loved that each bedroom had access to a bathroom plus a hall bath on the main floor. Broadway was a 10 minute Uber away - easy for the group to get places!The unit is in an alley, which is somewhat typical - we just had to double check locations for grocery drop off and vehicle pickups. Otherwise the area was great and felt safe!
