Relax and unwind at our beautiful lakeside home on Sleepy Hollow Lake in Athens, NY. With three spacious bedrooms, two baths, and over 1100 square feet of outdoor space, you'll fall in love with the natural landscape and wildlife of the catskills. At night, enjoy movies on an 86' flatscreen in your very own theatre, or get your sweat on in the fully equipped gym, featuring a peleton bike, yoga mats, and weights (Peleton subscription not included).
Outside, the lake is at your beckon call, with your own dock and over 100 feet of waterfront to enjoy. Kayaks or paddleboard, or just sit on the dock and let soak it all in!
