Two queen bedrooms sleep four, each with its own TV, and one pet is welcome. New kitchen with dishwasher, coffee included, private washer and dryer, keypad self check-in and free parking for 4 cars. A clean, comfortable base for traveling nurses and medical staff, families visiting the hospital, couples and longer stays.

THE HOME
Living area with two leather sofas, TV, air conditioning and a dining table for four. New white kitchen with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. One full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Private washer and dryer in a laundry area attached to the house, just outside the kitchen door.

GOOD TO KNOW
The entire house is yours, with keypad self check-in and free parking for up to 4 cars. The backyard and the waterfront area behind the house are not set up for guest use and are off limits: there is no dock, kayak or outdoor seating. Please keep children and pets supervised and away from the water. Early check-in is often available at no charge; message us the day before.
• Weekly and monthly stays are discounted, ideal for travel nurses at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital (5 min away) and snowbirds.
• Quiet residential street: max 4 guests, no parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM, and please park in the driveway (up to 4 cars).
