VILLA PALM ISLAND - Dream villa in an exclusive location - large pool - south-facing

The Villa Palm Island is a luxurious vacation villa with a large heated pool, in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral (Pelican Area).

Our Villa Palm Island is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas in southwest Cape Coral, surrounded by canals, just minutes away from the marinas of Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point and the beautiful sandy beaches of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach.

The villa has been completely renovated and newly furnished. Since we also regularly use our house ourselves, the furnishings are of very high quality and offer every comfort for up to 7 people (6 adults + 1 toddler in an extra bed up to 3 years old).

To ensure that our Villa Palm Island is always up to date, we regularly carry out modernization work. Here are some examples of our recent modernization measures:

- new roof (November 2021)
- new fence for even more privacy (May 2023)
- new pool pump with variable speed - energy-saving and quiet (June 2023)
- new salt system for the pool - no more dry, itchy skin or red, irritated eyes (June 2023)
- new pool cage (August 2023)
- new high-quality patio chairs (aluminum) with seat and back cushions (August 2023)

The large open kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop and high-quality stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher).

The large heated pool and large terrace of our Villa Palm Island face south. So you can enjoy the sun all day long.

For the safety of our little guests, a security fence can be set up. This prevents the little ones from entering the pool area unintentionally.

During their stay we provide our guests with free internet (W-LAN), a navigation device and 5 bicycles (2 x children, 3 x adults). We provide a child bike seat free of charge for our younger guests.

The exclusive and quiet location of our villa and its luxurious yet homely furnishings are perfect for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation in Florida.

Great home. Well appointed and clean. The pool was great. Nice and very quiet neighborhood. Location is close to plenty of good restaurants to choose from for dining. Also close to a grocery store which made it easy to pick upfood for our stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

House is extremely nice and the pool and lanai area is great. Owners were great to work with. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Villa Palm Island is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a marina. We enjoyed using the bicycles on nearby bike paths. Great pool and lanai. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Beautiful immaculate home with everything you would ever need. Wonderful heated pool. It was a great location for us. Communication with the owner or manager was answered quickly. It’s a very nice and safe neighborhood. I went for early morning walks every day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

Awesome Florida vacation 😎

The house was amazing! Everything was really perfect! Anke & Sven really thought of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The provided bicycles are a nice touch as well so you can take a nice ride around the neighborhood. A nice little peace of paradise.

Fantastic Home, Perfect Location

The property owner was absolutely fantastic and immediately available for questions. The location is perfect for access to Sanibel, Captiva and Ft Myers without the craziness of the city. You will love the warm pool and indoor/outdoor living. 10/10 experience. Will return as soon as possible.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Sven and Anke's home in Cape Coral. The home was very clean and that made it comfortable for us. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and we had everything we needed within the home. Plus - we were so close to so many different beaches - yet out of the tourist section of town. And the best part is that the property manager was kind and Sven was so accomodating and communicative. Thank you so much!

Lovely home, good value

We were very pleased with our two month stay at this property. The house is clean, well maintained, comfortable and well-stocked. The refinished pool was delightfully lit with colored lights. The landscaping is well-done, including the night time lighting and illumination of the grounds. The house is in a good location in a desirable neighborhood. The owners are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They responded to our inquiries promptly. They strive to insure that you have a wonderful vacation and we did!

Much needed

We were looking for a change of scenery and a place to just chill and relax and Palm Villa met our every expectation. The house was great, especially the pool, and Sven made sure that we had everything we needed. Sven was also very thoughtful in terms of having a mask and gloves when he was showing us around—you can’t be too careful with COVID everywhere—and it was truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would totally stay again if we find ourselves needing a change of scenery in the future.

Pelican Cape Coral

We’ve been vacationing in this area for over 30 years. First time we’ve been required to sweep the house, lanai and garage! We are senior citizens with mobility problems so this was difficult.The enclosed pool is nice but there is a serious gnat problem. Most days the surface of the water is covered with them. There is no skimmer at the house so you either avoid the pool or come out with gnats on your skin, suit and hair.Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. House is well appointed and clean although the lovely soaker tub in master bath has no water pressure so filling it to enjoy a soak is out of the question.The no shoes on carpets was annoying but understandable. But my husband ended up in urgent care with a case of tendinitis from walking in the house with out shoes.Owners are easy to reach and prompt in replying.

Great Pool

The home has a great layout. The kids loved the pool. The home was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bikes provided were a great luxury. Biking through the area is safe and bike paths are clearly marked. It was a great place to relax.

Great place to stay

The only issue we had with our stay is the additional electric charge and the rules regarding the use of towels. It’s similar to when you book a plane ticket and have to pay for a seat. I would recommend having the cost of the stay that will include all charges. Having the pool warm on the day of arrival would be nice also.

The rental was very easy however the host had difficulty receiving the rental agreement all the way up until the day of check in. However we had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave. Overall great experience.
