Your holiday apartment is located at Wilhelmstraße 7, right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, just a few steps from the beach. This modern apartment building has ten units, which are primarily used by holidaymakers. The apartment is on the second floor (with an lift) and can be accessed directly without any steps. A parking space is available in the backyard, and you can store your bicycles in a bike shed. Wilhelmstraße is a quiet side street in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand. You can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly via Timmendorfer Platz. In contrast to the bustling activity on the promenade—with its upscale shops, restaurants, and cafes—the adjacent spa park offers tranquility and a shady spot. At the supermarkets within walking distance, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant holiday. We’ll welcome you at the apartment and arrange key pickup based on your arrival time.



Two-room apartment:

This bright and inviting two-room holiday apartment with a shower room faces southwest. You can relax in the sun on the spacious balcony. Both the bedroom and the living room feature modern flat-screen TVs with cable. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, and cooking utensils. Built-in closets provide ample storage space. The beds are made with linens, and towels are provided.



On-site fees: We charge an additional cleaning fee of 40 euros for pets.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
