The “Red House” has a living area of approximately 100 square metres. It therefore offers plenty of space for a wonderful family holiday or for larger groups of up to 8 people.
The living and dining area and the kitchen (with a dishwasher) are open-concept. Additionally, the ground floor features 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed) as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A second refrigerator in the hallway keeps your drinks at the right temperature. The attic level has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, a travel cot, and a high chair). There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine here. During the cold season, you can relax in the sauna.
The living room and the large bedroom in the attic are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

You can enjoy your days on the large terrace while your children play on 2 swings, a slide, or in the sandpit.

You can store a limited number of bicycles in the lockable shed.
There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The “Red House” is a smoke-free home. Pets are not allowed.

The small town of Pruchten is located between Zingst and Barth. Zingst and the Baltic Sea beach are about 7 km away. Both are easily accessible via well-maintained, scenic bike paths.
There is a bakery in Pruchten that is a 5-minute walk away. Grocery shopping can be done in Zingst or Barth.

What do you need to bring? Bedding, towels, and a good attitude.

Please note that during the peak season from June 13 to September 12, 2026, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. Rental rate per night for up to 4 people: 157 €. Each additional person: 10.00 € per night.
During the rest of 2026, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Rental rate per night for up to 4 people: €127. For each additional person: €10.00 per night

A visitor’s tax (taxes) of €2.00 per person (ages 7 and up) per day
is charged.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance.

OF COURSE
The holiday home, including the furniture and all other items located inside the house, must be treated with care by the renter. The renter is responsible for compensating the landlord for any damage caused through negligence. Any defects or damage that occur during the rental period must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The tenant must ensure proper waste separation and, before departure, dispose of household waste in the trash bins and glass bottles in the glass recycling containers provided by the municipality of Pruchten.
Before departure, the tenant must close all windows.
