Coeur d’ Alene townhome

Great area with plenty to do and fun eating establishments within walking distance. Close to theater, walking trails along the river and parks. Condo was quiet and loved the secure parking garage.

modern condo in Coeur d’Alene

The condo was very comfortable for two couples and in a good location. We rented electric bikes right outside in the parking lot and rode from there to the waterfront in town and Tubbs Hill.

Very clean, beautifully appointed condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and stores in the village that we enjoyed and the distance to downtown was a quick 6 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. We highly recommend.

great area

The property was in a great location and very clean. The only negative was it definitely felt like a rental. beds were not very comfortable and bedding was cheap. I say that, but would stay there again.

Family Wedding

The property was a perfect place for me to bring my elderly parents to stay while we attended my niece's wedding. The condo was clean, comfy and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer. I especially enjoyed the location because I am a runner and each morning I walked right outside and there was a great trail to run with a good distance. Thank you

The happiest spot on earth

Returned to CDA Idaho this past week with friends. The host was super attentive and available to answer all of our questions. Unit was super clean and well supplied with most everything needed. The two bikes on sight were an added bonus. The unit is nearby several great restaurants, movie theater, shops and with hassle free parking. Looking forward to my next stay!

Beautiful Condo! Updated and look exactly like the photos on the website!

The overall experience was great! The instructions on the parking garage and the Wi-Fi need improvement. Also, the Condo was not stocked with the "basic" necessities. A bar of soap for both bathrooms, a bath floor mat, lotions, Kleenex, etc. The guest bathtub needed something on the tub floor, so you don't slip! I was worried for my 88-year-old mother falling . . . . Would certainly stay there again. Lovely place and lots to do in the surrounding area.

Property Mgmt is great

We would have given this unit a 5 star except there is no cancellation policy. Once you book you cannot cancel like others within 60 days of arrival. If you book way in advance you best take out insurance policy. We booked about one month from arrival . Also security deposit is Very high unless you take out damage policy thus avoiding paying deposit. The best part about this unit is dealing with Josh and Emily from the property management company. They answered all questions, there was great communication, and were a wonderful resource for information about the area.

Very nice!

The property and location was great with lots of shops and restaurants. Close access to walking/biking path. We did have some difficulty getting inside since the key pad on the main door was not working. Other visitors said it had not worked over the last week. This created access issues during our stay. There was an electronic key fob that opened an alternate door to the stairway but there were two of us so we had to coordinate when we went out separately. Having bicycles was great although they need some maintenance attention as several parts were loose on both bikes. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
