A 1920s Spanish bungalow in the heart of Montecito, with Butterfly Beach and the boutiques and restaurants of Coast Village Road both but minutes away.
The main house has two bedrooms: a king primary suite with an ensuite office, and a queen guest room. A separate guest house with its own full bed, bathroom, and kitchen offers complete privacy for a third couple or family members traveling together.
The outdoor spaces are where the property comes into its own. Spend evenings around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower after an afternoon at the beach, and grill on the patio. Everything that makes Santa Barbara worth visiting is right outside the door.
