Make yourself at home in this 1-bedroom Cape Canaveral condo that sleeps 4. The space features a queen bed and comfortable pull out sofa in the living room, that promises restful nights and a bright bathroom with a refreshing shower and all your essentials. The fully equipped kitchen includes all your necessities, including coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dishwasher and ice maker. Guests have access to beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a cooler, beach toys and even a beach wagon to use. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes down a quiet street. You can also drive and be there in 2 minutes. The beach is very large with plenty of space to relax. It is also very flat for long walks or runs. This condo offers use of its private pool and assigned parking. If you have children, we offer a pack and play with sheets, as well as toys and games for all ages. You can watch rocket launches right on the beach and can avoid traffic and lines. We are 2 miles from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and live music nearby in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. The Brevard Zoo is spectacular and only 35 minutes away. Dolphin tours in Cocoa Beach are spectacular! Take a trip to Disney during your stay in only a short one hour drive! Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with climate control to keep things comfortable year-round. We offer bedding for both beds, access to washing machine and dryer, if you should need to do laundry during your stay. There are dishwasher and laundry pods available for your initial use. Pack your suitcase and that is all you need! Our condo is 47 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, and a very easy straight drive right to the condo. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this delightful condo offers a marvelous base for your getaway. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place!

I have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy the sunshine and beauty of nature. I’m grateful to be able to witness all the seasons in Maine and enjoy my home away from home at my rental unit in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Why they chose this property

I chose to purchase this unit as my vacation home because the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There are more people walking and riding bikes than there are cars. You can walk to the ocean in under 5 minutes and be directly on the beach!

What makes this property unique

The condo is gorgeous! Everything inside is new and updated and it's immaculate inside. I love that it has everything I need to live when I am visiting. The condominium building itself is secured with cameras and the pool is nicely gated. I love the quietness of the condo but the ability to be able to be near all the excitement in just a few minutes. My favorite part about this condo is being able to literally be on the beach in 5 minutes of walking! The beach is huge! Very wide - making it not crowded and flat to be able to walk miles without feeling sore at the end of the day
