Property was beautiful. Most ideal location for easy access to beach, town square and train station. Paulo was great and very communicative and responded quickly! Garden was the highlight of the entire place. Could not recommend more!

Great location, great garden
Nice place with lovely garden, a stone throw away from the beach. The bathroom was a bit damp. The bed was nice. Kitchen well equipped. Good and peaceful starting point for the 5 terre. Payed parking available. Communication with the host was very good.

Great Location, But a Few Issues Inside
The apartment is in a great location and the garden is beautiful. Communication with the owner was good and friendly. Unfortunately, the flat was quite damp and only superficially cleaned. It seemed that a thorough cleaning had not been done beforehand (e.g., the floor was quite dirty and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets). Also, the door to the second bedroom couldn’t be closed because one of the beds was too close to it. In addition the WiFi in the house did not work reliably.

The property is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, and we consistently receive positive feedback on cleanliness from other guests. That said, we understand that standards can vary. It is important to report any issues with the host, so they may resolve them.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, it generally works well, and we’ve had no prior reports of unreliability. However, should guests experience any issues, we always encourage reaching out during the stay so that the host can look into it right away.
Regarding the bedroom layout, we aim to provide an accurate representation of the property through detailed descriptions and professionally taken photos, without filters or wide-angle lenses, to help set the right expectations before booking.
