The Space:

Just an eight-minute walk to the sandy shores of Brennecke's Beach, the Regency offers tennis courts, two pools, and fast access to the beautiful walking paths of the Poipu Kai Greenbelt. Plus, all Phase II Regency condos offer air conditioning - a real luxury in Hawaii!



Make the half-hour drive to Regency 810, a lovely garden-level condo with plenty of free parking. This two-bedroom condo is the perfect condo for your ohana. Make breakfast together in the modern chef's kitchen and enjoy it around the dining table or on the condo's private lanai, both of which seat four. After a day of adventuring, unwind with a movie on the 32-inch TV in the spacious, sunken living room or take an evening dip in the resort's hot tub.

Everything was great about this condo. Only complaint which is NOT to fault the location - because it was a ground floor unit, you could hear everything above you! Otherwise, great place with all the amenities you could need (boogie boards, beach towels, wagon, cooler, coffee maker with filters, etc.)

Kauai with grandkids

The condo was clean and very conviently located to everything in poipu. Close to the beaches and many restuants and shopping places. The upstairs neighbors where loud and made a lot of noise all the way to 2 am in the morning. That was the only down fall.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo. The only problem was the cable stopped working for a day but was corrected.The toilet handle in the master bathroom sticks so the toilet runs unless one corrects it manually.

This place was a fantastic stay--close to the beach, super comfortable, and spacious and came with everything we needed (including tupperware for us to take snacks with us to the beach or on hikes!). Loved it! And the staff was super responsive to questions!

Spacious, clean & great location!

The unit was very clean and spacious. Loved the location within walking distance to Poipu park (turtle beach). Nice having beach chairs & coolers for our use. The bathrooms very nice size, good mattress & bedding. Only drawback, the living room furniture is super uncomfortable.

Great location

The condo was clean and comfortable. Needs a few updates. Some of the blinds didnt work and definetly needs a new coffee maker but overall great location close to everything in poipu. The people upstairs were very loud every night and all the way up to 2 am very inconsiderate. I have no idea what they were doing sounded like jumping and a lot of running.

Great, very kid friendly

Great, very kid friendly with step stool, kid sand toys, etc. Easy access to beaches, pool. Check in with code, no need to go to a desk and get keys, so very efficient and easy. Rental car included was great bonus and all organized for us automatically.

Spacious condo in a great location

Overall excellent property, it was very clean and tidy. The AC was great to have during the warm weather. The bathroom in the master was great. Only negative is that it doesn’t have many great views out of any of the windows, but there is one of the best beaches on the island a three minute drive away.
