The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in the shower. Leave sheets on bed. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, change sign to clean, and start it.
If you used the kayak, please ensure that it is stowed and the paddles and life jackets are locked in the bin.
Turn off all lights and fans. Ensure all doors (downstairs sliding door, balcony door, and front door are locked and secure. Please take the trash out to the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and large events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property at any time.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum from 9pm to 9am. Our home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment.
We offer a private shoreline for easy waster access for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The dock is off limits including all boats and property.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this VRBO! The home was spotless, family-friendly, and thoughtfully organized. Everything was clearly labeled, making it easy to find what we needed and feel right at home. The lake was beautiful, and the large backyard was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to stay here again!

Our favorite spot at Lakeshore Haven is on our balcony, where you can enjoy expansive views of High Rock Lake while sipping your morning coffee, relaxing with friends, or watching boats sail into the sunset. Our yard provides a level walk to our private beach that is perfect for fishing, swimming, or launching your kayaks.
