The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Via text, we will schedule a hand off of keys at the end of your stay. Fee for lost keys/garage remote: $75.00
Close all windows/lock all doors upon check-out. Dispose of all trash in outside bin. We do not have recycling set-up. Load any used dishes into dishwasher, wipe counters, ensure appliances are off.
Please gather used linens/towels; place them in a pile near laundry room. Please store outdoor cushions in the storage bin. Ensure the grill is covered once cooled and the propane is fully turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no sub leasing or rental shares. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level when hosting guests.
Absolutely no pets are allowed on the property — including visiting pets brought by guests who are not staying overnight.
