Our mountain retreat is private and peacefully perched on the Arkansas River with sweeping views of 14,000-foot peaks. Designed with both comfort and adventure in mind, it is 8 minutes to town, with easy access to hiking, biking, rafting, hot springs, and skiing at Monarch.

The bedroom has a luxury king bed for restful nights. The modern bathroom has a giant walk-in shower and is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoy the smart TV with Sonos sound system and the record player and vinyl collection.

This home lets you reconnect with nature. Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee and brilliant sunrises. Take advantage of the private riverfront and go fly fishing. In the evenings, sit on the porch and listen to birds chirping and the river as you take in beautiful sunsets that lead to star-filled skies.

Note: The property is not childproofed and is not suitable for young children.
