Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry area, hot tub, deck, fire pit area, and parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

Please note:

• Two parking spaces are available directly in front of Unit #3

• Please carpool whenever possible

• Additional vehicles may use Holiday Valley main public lots or public lots in town (many village lots do not allow overnight parking)

• No parking is permitted elsewhere on Lincoln Drive or along Jefferson Street in front of Lincoln

• A steep streambank and unfenced creek run behind the property, so children and pets must be supervised outdoors at all times

• Outdoor surfaces, stairs, and walkways may become slippery during winter or wet weather conditions

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and guests alike

• No glass in or around the hot tub

• Fireplace must be fully extinguished before leaving or sleeping

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property

• Ski gear, bikes, and outdoor equipment should remain in designated areas only

• Do not unplug TVs, routers, smart devices, or split-unit systems
