Großes Ferienhaus Leevke für bis zu 6 Personen

The Leevke holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor features an entryway with a coat rack. From the hallway, you’ll find yourself in the TV room with a cosy couch. From there, you can step into the large living room, which features a rustic atmosphere and carpeted floors. The red chairs, crafted in the traditional East Frisian style, are perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of East Frisian tea. Please note that the fireplace may not be used for fire safety reasons!

Also located on the ground floor is the solid-wood kitchen, designed in the East Frisian style, featuring a counter and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses, some of which are collectibles. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room in the sunroom. The view of the garden is beautiful.

A door leads you into the large, secluded garden. It features an outdoor fireplace, a covered patio with seating for 6 people, and a stone grill. The garden is also a playground paradise for children. On the ground floor, the house features a spacious, modern bathroom with a shower panel and a side-mounted handheld showerhead, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (200 x 200 cm) and two others, each with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor. Wi-Fi is available! Two parking spaces are available.

Washing machine, dishwasher, garden, parking space, large garden, especially suitable for families with children, two bathrooms, Wi-Fi. Key pickup for your holiday rental takes place on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM or by prior telephone arrangement.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
