About this property

Sebago Lake Estate, 300’ Frontage, Inside the State Park, Private Dock & Kayaks

Welcome to Summers Landing — 300 Feet of Private Sebago Lake Waterfront, Inside the State Park

Step off your own 300-foot stretch of Sebago Lake, inside Sebago Lake State Park itself — one of the largest private shorelines on the lake, and the only rental of its kind located right inside the park. This is the Sebago Lake getaway your family will be talking about every year after.

Spend your mornings with coffee on the private dock. Launch the included kayaks and paddleboards straight from your own sandy cove. In the afternoon, take the family out on the State Park’s trail network right from the driveway, or head out on the water — your private dock has room for a boat up to 30 feet, tucked in a quiet, peaceful cove. As evening comes, gather around the fire pit or fire up the Weber grill on the patio, and watch the sunset from your own shoreline.

Inside, Summers Landing is built for a big family or group to actually live comfortably together. The first-floor primary suite has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. A first-floor guest room offers two twin beds and its own full bath. A loft with a pull-out couch adds extra sleeping space for the group, bringing the whole home to sleep 10–12 guests comfortably. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning, so no one’s fighting over the one cool room in the house. Upstairs, a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling lake views is where everyone naturally ends up in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked — air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, blenders, crockpot, and an ice maker included — with bar seating for four and a pantry big enough to supply a full week’s stay.

This beautiful home is within the state park so a little more complicated than turn key of other stays. However the privacy onsite and the beautiful location offset any prior planning required. Ideal spot for a great planner to bring a weeks worth of food and drinks and never leave the most ideal Sebago location. A true Maine camp.

About the host

Host profile image
We’re Lindsay & Brittany, and Sebago Lake has been our family’s retreat for over 100 years. Summers Landing was built to extend the season and enjoyed by our family for 4 years before we started sharing it with guests. We love this lake — the quiet mornings on the dock, the sound of loons at dusk, watching our own kids grow up on the water here. We wanted to open our home to other families so they could make the same kind of memories we have. We stay closely involved with every stay, so if you need anything — a restaurant recommendation, help with the dock, or just a heads-up on the best time to catch the sunset — we’re just a message away.

Why they chose this property

Sebago Lake has been called Maine’s most beautiful lake, and once you’re here, it’s easy to see why. We chose this spot on because it sits inside Sebago Lake State Park itself — quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, but still close to everything. You can walk right onto the park’s trail network from the driveway, spend the day on the water, and be at the shops, restaurants, and mini-golf in Naples in about 10 minutes. It’s the rare combination of total peace and quiet with real convenience nearby — which is exactly why we’ve never wanted to be anywhere else on the lake.

What makes this property unique

Summers Landing sits on 300 feet of private Sebago Lake waterfront — one of the largest private shorelines on the entire lake — and it’s the only rental we know of actually located inside Sebago Lake State Park. Guests get a private dock, kayaks and paddleboards ready to go, and a quiet cove that feels like it’s yours alone. Inside, the home is built for big families to actually spread out and come back together: a first-floor primary suite, a first-floor guest room, a loft for the kids, and A/C in every bedroom so nobody’s stuck in the hot room. It’s the kind of place where grandparents can have their own quiet corner and the kids can be out kayaking five minutes later.
