Casa Marie, a charming vacation home with a shared pool, near the beach and downtown

Casa Marie is a very charming and exceptionally tastefully furnished holiday home for 4–5 people. The house is located in the El Flamenco residential complex, which is built in a typical Spanish style. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Casa Marie to the beautiful El Portet cove and only 1.8 km to the centre of Moraira. The impressive marina is also along the route to the centre. So you can reach everything on foot.
The El Flamenco complex features a well-maintained communal pool, accessible only to guests of this development. The pool is just a stone’s throw from the house.

Casa Marie features two terraces. The large 35-square-meter terrace is directly connected to the kitchen. It includes a large table with chairs, a large cantilever umbrella, and a barbecue area. There’s also plenty of space to relax.

In front of the living room is another terrace equipped with lounge furniture and an awning. From here, you have an unobstructed, sweeping view of the valley and towards El Portet. A few steps lead from the terrace down to the garden or directly to the communal pool.

In front of the house entrance, there is a designated parking space reserved exclusively for Casa Marie.
The holiday home’s prime location also offers you access to other stunning coves with crystal-clear waters towards Calpe or Jávea. Golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. Not to mention the many tourist and cultural excursions awaiting you, not to mention the exceptional hiking trails in the region that you can explore.
