The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, and A/C units. Leave only the living-room A/C units in the main house and casita turned on and set to 75°F. Close all bedroom and bathroom doors in the main house
Place used towels on the laundry-room floor. Rinse used dishes and leave them in the sink. Place all bagged trash inside the bin located to the right of the driveway.
Please do not leave loose trash outside because of the neighborhood cats and dogs. Check carefully for personal belongings. Send me a quick message when you have departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests may stay. Visitors require prior approval. A/C must remain at 73°F or higher. No glass, food, or pets in or around the spa.
