Dat Ferienhus Norddeich: This cosy and modernly furnished Apartment 4 is located on the upper floor and has a total living area of approximately 40 m². The apartment features a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, and a sunny balcony.



The apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet remains very centrally located in Norddeich.



The holiday apartment is equipped to a high standard and features a large 40-inch TV in the living room. An internet radio and a Blu-ray player, complete with a small collection of current films, are also available for your use. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. In addition, there is not only a filter coffee maker but also a Tassimo machine.



The bedroom features a double bed, a 49-inch smart TV with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more, as well as a beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space. For the third and fourth guests, there is a cosy double sofa bed in the living area that can be unfolded in no time. The living room and bedroom can be completely darkened at night. Additionally, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer are available.



On the balcony, equipped with high-quality patio furniture, a parasol, and an electric grill, you can enjoy lovely, sunny afternoons and evenings thanks to its southwest-facing orientation. Via a private path, only guests of our holiday home can reach Norddeicher Straße after just 50 metres, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Outside, you also have the option to store your bicycles or other items in a large, lockable communal garden shed. E-bikes can be charged for free in the garden shed using numerous outlets.



This apartment includes a private, paved, and well-lit parking space right next to the holiday home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging stations. We’d be happy to send you more information about this.



Of course, all apartments and the entire outdoor area have free broadband internet via Wi-Fi for browsing and video streaming. You can borrow books, board games, and children’s games free of charge from our in-house libraries. In addition, several handcarts are available free of charge, and two washer-dryer combos are available at cost.



Dogs are allowed in this holiday rental. Cats are not permitted.



Bed linens and towels are not provided at the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
