Villa Pelizzar is an authentic Istrian stone house near the picturesque fishing village Vrsar, the special reserve of the forest vegetation Kontija, with many cycling routes, and the Lim bay where there is a fish and shellfish farm.

The house was renovated in 2010 and is set on its own enclosed property. The guests have a swimming pool of 21 sqm with sun loungers and parasols, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and dining table, children's playground and two parking spaces on disposal.

Holiday home for 6-7 people of 110 sqm consists of ground floor with air-conditioned living room with sitting set with sleeping possibility for one child, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed and bathroom/toilet. On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
