Private: property 850 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 19 km, rocky beach 9 km.
4-room house 112 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Shower/WC. Einer der schönsten Urlaube

Wir waren als Familie mit 7 Pers. hier u. total begeistert! Das Haus ist von außen und innen wunderschön und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir 2 Fl. Wein u. selbstgemachten Kuchen, der super lecker war. Wir waren viel am und im hauseigenen Pool. Wir konnten richtig gut abschalten, da es total ruhig war (der Ort hat gefühlt nur 20 Bewohner). Nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt liegt die Konoba Gradina, wo wir das beste Rinderfilet mit Trüffel gegessen haben. Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sprechen Deutsch und sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten Kartenspiele etc. zuhause vergessen, prompt wurden zwei Spiele gekauft. Zur Begrüssung und zwischendurch gab es Gebäck, Kuchen und Strudel sowie sehr leckeren kroatischen Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben von Vrsar viele Ausflüge aus unternommen (Porec, Pula, Rovinj, Novigrad und Tagesausflug nach Venedig). Die Kilometerangaben stimmen. Tolles Haus!

Sehr schönes Haus, mit prima Garten (eingezäunt und somit optimal für Hunde). Ausstattung ist super und die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und stets um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt – absolut zu empfehlen
