Charming Hot Springs Lake Condo! Perfect for families, couples, or small groups!

Welcome to Hot Springs! This updated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo features plenty of space to host a variety of groups. Master en-suite features a King bed, walk-in closet with drawers, and a wall of windows overlooking the main channel of Lake Hamilton. The master bath offers a custom tiled, walk-in shower with rain-head. The second bedroom offers a Full over Queen bunk bed and large closet. **Maximum weight capacity on upper Full bunk is 200 lbs and is for sleeping only those above 5 years of age.
The kitchen is fully functional including full sized appliances, cookware and a coffee station. A large dining table seats 6. The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of both the Lake and the Ouachita Mountians. The large sectional also features a Queen sleeper. Full sized washer and dryer are available in the unit. A Large balcony off the main living area and Master bedroom with tables and seating for 6, gives beautiful views of Lake Hamilton and the Ouachita Mountains. A smaller side balcony is perfect for grilling on the electric grill provided. The outdoor balconies also provide a perfect view of the fireworks displays on Lake Hamilton throughout the year! *Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
Each room has a smart televisions and wireless wi-fi is offered throughout the unit. Log into your favorite streaming services and pick up right where you left off on your favorite shows.
Although this condo is located right on Lake Hamilton it is also minutes away from so many other area attractions. Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, and so many other attractions are no more than 15 minutes drive.
There is also an outdoor hot tub and pool open seasonally for guests to enjoy that is located just up the hill from the E building.
**This Unit does require using stairs to access. A total of 8 stairs lead to the main entry.

This is our first property, so we are new to hosting! We wanted to have an opportunity to share one of our favorite places in Arkansas with others.

Why they chose this property

We loved that it is on the area of Lake Hamilton with so many activities, but at the same time is peaceful and serene. That is sometimes a hard combination to find on such a popular lake.

What makes this property unique

The view! The elevated position provides some of the best views of both the lake and the Ouachita Mountains that you will find in Hot Springs. Also access to ALL of the things...there are so many activities just a short drive from the unit. It gives you the full experience of what Hot Springs has to offer.
