This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.
