The holiday apartment has three bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with dining area and a new bathroom with shower, washing area and toilet.

There are 2 balconies and a terrace as well as a ski cellar with a boot dryer!

Due to the optimal location of the house, in the middle of the Ötztal, our apartment is ideal for your summer or winter vacation! Even those seeking peace and quiet have made the best choice with us!
Our house is FAMILY FRIENDLY and PETS ARE ALLOWED!

Wonderful Ski holiday

We had a wonderful time here. The owners were there and showed us around. It was clean, and looks just like the pictures. There was enough room for the kids to enjoy themselves. Would stay there again. Close to many winter activities! Many thanks.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und denn noch gute Anbindung an die Skigebiete. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, incl. Skikeller. Vermieter aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens Empfangen.

Insgesamt sehr gut

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen "Hauseingang", somit ist man komplett für sich. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man die Wohnung über die auf den Bildern zu sehende Spindeltreppe erreicht, was für Personen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind problematisch sein kann, für uns war es kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern gestaltet, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Geschirr etc. ist auch sehr gut und ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Zum Skibus läuft man ungefähr 5 Minuten, dann kann man entweder ins Skigebiet Hochötz, Gurgl oder Sölden fahren.

Zum Skigebiet Sölden ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt, also gut gelegen. Hofer (Aldi) sehr nahe. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Großes und sehr sauberes Appartement. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

schöne Ferienwohnung

Große geräumige Ferienwohnung Was nicht so schön ist an der Wohnung, ist die Wendeltreppe, für Hunde nicht ganz so toll und mit großen Taschen hat man zu tun. Der geplante Grillabend hat leider nicht statt gefunden, fanden wir sehr schade.

Hallo Frau K. Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Leider konnten wir mit Ihnen nicht Grillen, da wir am Anfang Ihres Urlaubes mit Holzarbeiten beschäftigt waren. Danach wurde das Wetter leider schlecht. Der Grillvorschlag kam auch von Ihnen und nicht von uns. Sie hätten auch gerne (wie angeboten) alleine grillen können. Dass wir eine Wendeltreppe haben, stand und steht auch deutlich im Inserat. Jeder Hund läuft anders über die Treppe. Schade, dass Sie uns hierfür einen Stern abgezogen haben. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute! Schöne Grüße aus Umhausen!

Perfekt

Wir hatten für 8 Personen für 1 Nacht die Ferienwohnung gebucht. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber und modern. Fr. Frischmann hat uns herzlich empfangen und unseren Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gemacht. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Große, saubere, moderne Wohung im ersten Stock

Freundlich heißt Claudia Frischmann uns willkommen: dass wir eine Person mehr sind als ursprünglich angekündigt, erhöht zwar die Kurtaxe, Platz ist aber genug in der großen, hell eingerichteten Wohnung im ersten Stock des Hauses am Ortstrand von Umhausen. Lediglich die außen angebrachte Wendeltreppe wirkt ein bisschen eng und wacklig, wenn man mit großem Koffer unterwegs ist. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet, das Bad groß und mit einer angnehmen großen Dusche ausgestattet - lediglich ein Fön fehlt. Das WLAN umsonst und die Geschwindigkeit geht in Ordnung. Morgens können frische Backwaren geliefert werden, wenn abends bis 18:00 Uhr bestellt wird. Diesen Service haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, mit Karte zu zahlen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der 500 Meter entfernte, in der Ortsmitte gelegene Gasthof "Andreas Hofer" (Mittwoch Ruhetag, sonst durchgehend warme Küche).

aangenaam verblijf

Zeer aangenaam appartement, voorzien van alle comfort. Vriendelijk onthaal, lekker warm water om te douchen. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer en het dorp. Spijtig was het volgende krokusvakantie al volgeboekt, anders waren we zeker terug gegaan.

sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren als Familie zum ersten Mal im Ötztal, und es hat uns allen gut gefallen. Die Kinder fanden die Ferienwohnung super (es war auch Platz genug!), sie war mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Umhausen hat uns gut gefallen, da es ruhig liegt und man alle Orte im Ötztal sehr gut erreichen kann. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an unsere Vermieter, für die vielen Tipps und Eure Gastfreundschaft! Essenmöglichkeiten hat man auch in Umhausen, wenn natürlich auch nicht soviel Auswahl wie in Sölden oder Ötz. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal bei Frischmanns buchen!

Wir kommen wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr nett! Wir haben in der Gruppe schon beschlossen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen. Das Ötzzal ist wirklich wunderschön und es gibt noch viel zu entdecken.

Wunderschöne und moderne Ferienwohnung TOP

Unser Urlaubsjahr neigt sich dem Ende zu und wir möchten es nicht auslassen, Urlaubern diese wunderschöne und moderne Ferienwohnung auf eigener Etage zu empfehlen. Unser 12-tägiger Aufenthalt ist nun schon fast wieder 4 Monate her, aber wir erinnern uns gerne an die Zeit im Ötztal. Ruhig gelegen, am Rande des Ortes, trotzdem ist alles gut zu erreichen. Wirklich nette Vermieter tun alles damit wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und das ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Wir wünschen noch viele - ganz sicher zufriedene - Gäste !! Herzliche Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet

Top Wohnung

Als alt bewährte Ötztalurlauber, waren wir diese Jahr ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und ein Hund Labrador ) im App. der Familie Frischmann. Die Beschreibung großzügige Ferienwohnung ist leicht untertrieben, die Wohnung war einfach Spitze und das Beste was wir in vielen Jahren Ötztalurlaub hatten. Helle, große geräumige Zimmer und eine Terrasse, die es auch bei Regen erlaubt im Freien zu Essen. Rundum ein Urlaub in dem man sich wohlgefühlt, und auf keinen Komfort verzichten mußte. Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung.

Uns erwartete eine großzügige, saubere und freundliche Ferienwohnung. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und freundlich. Eine wunderbare Umgebung zeichnet zusätzlich diese Ferienwohnung aus. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

We, the family Frischmann have the cottage 2002/2003 newly built and also rent since 2003, the apartment on the first floor of the house.

Our children Laura (10 years) and Lucas (8 years) are always happy to guests that bring children with you on holiday.
Common games on the playground in front of the house or winter activities freune our children and the children Guest!
