5-room terraced house 180 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 large rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-east facing position, large garden. Barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Good family choice

A pretty large and well equipped house close to the beach. Cheaply furnished and little decorated, but practical and spacious for a group of up to eight people. Off street parking is a positive. Price is reasonable at least when we went in May.

Das Interhomebüro in Narbonne-Plage kann man nur in den höchsten Tönen loben.Nachdem es schon beim Bezug diverse Mängel gab. Wurde uns soweit es möglich war, schnell und unbürokratisch, sowie freundliche geholfen. Top! Was nicht von ihnen behoben werden konnte, versprachen sie es weiter zu geben. Die Grundreinigung innen wie außen könnte besser sein. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht fleckenfrei, das Gleiche galt für die Matratzenschoner und teilweise für die Kissen. Ein Sonnenschirm bei 40 Grad fehlte, der Schirmständer war da. Es gab keine Möglichkeit sich vor dem Haus den Sand von den Füssen zu waschen, um zu verhindern, dass der ganze Sand ins Haus getragen wurde. Wir mussten zuerst den Zugang(Platten) schrubben, da er durch Mövenschieß total verdreckt war. Wenn man zwei kleinere Kinder dabei hat, ist einem das wichtig. Man sollte auch wissen: es gibt im Fernseher nur französische Sender! Eigentlich möchte ich schon mal gerne zwischen durch hören, was sich so in der Heimat tut. Positiv war: Das Haus ist angenehm groß, die Küche ebenso und mit Geschirr gut bestückt für 8 Personen. Der neue Geschirrspüler wurde von uns eingeweiht da der alte nicht funktioniert hat als wir eincheckten. Leider nicht unbedingt Kindgerecht, da je 1 Glastisch im Ess- und Wohnzimmer steht. Das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen auch wenn es vielleicht vom Eigentümer mal auf einen aktuelleren Stand gebracht werden sollte. Bsp eine Schüssel aufs Dach für mehr Sender, sauberer Matratzen etc..
