Step into a bright, open-concept living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen with its distinctive counter. Generous sliding doors lead out to your approximately 22 m² sun terrace—your private retreat for relaxing moments.
A special highlight is the modern, semi-open shower room with its floor-to-ceiling shower, which receives plenty of natural light through a cleverly placed glass panel and underscores the modern living comfort. In the cosy bedroom with a double bed, you’ll be greeted each morning by an enchanting ocean view stretching beyond the complex’s rooftops.

Everything the complex has to offer is within easy walking distance: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal pool, flanked by a restaurant with breathtaking ocean views, or take advantage of the direct beach access and the resort’s spacious stone terraces. The excellent on-site amenities also include two additional restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket for last-minute needs (closed November through March).

The ideal location extends to the surrounding area: Both the wide sandy beaches of Paguera and the secluded pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within easy walking distance, as is the lively town centre with its diverse dining and shopping district.

The town centre and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés serving international and local cuisine. You’ll also find many charming cafés and restaurants along the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself features a small cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. You’ll also find space to sunbathe on the large stone terraces. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to additional beautiful pebble coves with wonderfully clear water.

Included in the one-time service fee are:
Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, electricity, tourist tax.
* Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
