4 out of 5, we loved the view from the deck of the house. Be careful if you head down to the lakeshore it is very steep. My partner fell on the way down there because there’s no good path. Also we were disappointed that the fireplace was not available during our stay. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the kitchen well stocked. The master bathroom is great! The house is a bit farther from eureka springs than we would have liked but was an excellent lake house with a beautiful view. I would recommend this place.
