This beautiful two-room holiday rental is located on the 6th floor and features a furnished southeast-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area. The small kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, and opens onto the living/dining area via a serving hatch. The bedroom, with a window overlooking the Baltic Sea, features two separate single beds (80 x 190 cm) that cannot be pushed together. The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for the duration of your stay for a fee.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay is highly recommended.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.
