Die fußläufige Nähe zum Hansapark ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Manko daran, ist der dadurch längere Weg zur Schlüsselabholung und -abgabe. Insbesondere für Menschen, die ohne Auto anreisen, ist das etwas nervig. Die kostenlose Mitbenutzung der Schwimmhalle ist zwar eine nette Idee. In der Praxis ist die Schwimmhalle dann aber so voll, dass man nicht viel Platz zum Schwimmen findet.
