The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer. In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures restful nights. Upon request, an additional sleeping arrangement can be set up in the living room, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people.

All windows are fitted with electric roller shutters, and the apartment is easily accessible by lift. A private parking space is available in front of the building, and bicycles can be stored securely in a separate, locked bike shed with an e-bike charging station. A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. The town centre, with shops for daily necessities, is also just a 5-minute walk away.
