This beautiful holiday rental is located in the Clara Sophia Residence, right on the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. The Clara Sophia Residence has been completely renovated and consists of 6 holiday apartments and a restaurant. The cosy “Strandmuschel” holiday apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor. It measures approximately 25 m², divided into a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. There is a lockable bike storage room in the building for your bicycles. A parking space on the property is also included with the holiday rental. The Clara Sophia Residence is located in the first row, directly on the beach promenade in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. The beach is just a few metres away! The Kurplatz and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away along the beautiful beach promenade. The train station and shopping options are also in the immediate vicinity.

Gute Ausstattung, sehr Strandnah. Leider laufen am einzigen klaren Fenster auch immer die Nachbarn vorbei. Plissee vorhanden, dann wird es aber auch dunkel. Bett ist gemütlich, Dusche super. Zum Treppenhaus etwas hellhörig. Parkplätze sehr eng für neuere Autos.
