Welcome to my 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with free parking for 1 car located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge.
You can catch some fresh air or to take a walk at Rees Street Parkette, Roundhouse Park and Harbour Square Park. The Waterfront, CityPlace, St. Lawrence and King West are all nearby! Discover some of the city's best bars and restaurants, and major theatre productions!
Must be twenty years or older to book.
The space
Feel perfectly at home in this 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit which offers a stunning balcony view of downtown and CN Tower! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even those who in the city for business!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has also a queen-sized bed. A pull out sofa bed is also available and there's a dedicated workspace perfect for those who are working from home!
The kitchen and dining are are fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal and the living room is setup with comfortable couch for you to relax after the long sightseeing and working.
You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a stacked washer & a dryer!
A high-speed Wifi of up to 1 Gbps, a 55" Smart TV, and 1 free parking spot are all provided during your stay!

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.
* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
*Please note that building common areas (hallways, elevator, lobby, entrance) are managed by the property administration and are outside the host’s control.
