HOUSE RULES
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Residential neighborhood — please be respectful
- Primary guest must be 25+ with valid government-issued ID (verified per local regulations)
- No parties or events
- Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may be on the property at any time
- 100% smoke-free property, including vaping. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee
- Pets are not allowed
- Park only in the assigned garage space
- Exterior security cameras monitor entry points. Indoor noise monitoring devices measure decibel levels only — they do not record conversations
- Please treat the home with care. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees

Rule violation fees: unauthorized guest $100 each, noise/quiet-hours violation $250, party/event $500, smoking $1,000, excess cleaning or damage billed by severity.

By booking, the primary guest confirms the whole party has read and agrees to these house rules and monitoring policies, and accepts responsibility for their group during the stay. Hosts are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
