Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht in Küche und Bad ist vorhanden. Das Appartementhaus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung wurde saniert und renoviert (leider keine Außenverschattung, Innenrollos sind hell und lichtdurchlässig, WLAN und Handyempfang leider nur mittelmäßig und für Smart-TV oder Streaming nicht ausreichend). Den festen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu haben ist topp.Die Lage ist super. (Hunde)Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Hafen und Seebrücke Niendorf sind fußläufig - teilweise über die sehr schöne Strandpromenade - erreichbar.

Eine schöne, moderne und gemütliche Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Die Promenade und der Hundestran..

Eine schöne, moderne und gemütliche Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Die Promenade und der Hundestrand sind gleich nebenan (ideal für die tägliche Morgenrunde mit Hund). Und auch das Zentrum von Niendorf ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die gartenbauliche Anlage, in der das Appartmenthaus steht, ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Mein Hund und ich haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr bald wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung. Blitzsauber, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Lage zum (Hunde) Strand perfekt. Ein freundlicher, sympathischer Mitarbeiter, der auch nach Feierabend hilfsbereit war. Besser geht nicht, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

Das Haus 3 liegt ideal für einen Urlaub am Strand und hat ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Ort Niendorf hat uns gut gefallen und bot alles, was für einen schönen Urlaub nötig ist. Einzig die An- und Abreise war sehr unbefriedigend. ( Da kann Meerbett nichts dafür)
