Our apartment "Plata Ático" is located on the top floor of the mythical building Plata in the city of Torremolinos. Formerly it was one of the hotels in the center of Torremolinos and in 2006 it was completely renovated as a residential building.
Located in a strategic place to enjoy the city center and about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Torremolinos.
Next to the apartment, which is in a pedestrian area, you will find many typical bars, good restaurants and all kinds of services (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, stores of all kinds ...).
The interior of the apartment has a contemporary and comfortable style. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa in front of the TV and an extendable table with seating for several people. The beautiful kitchen is open concept. The apartment has a full bathroom with a comfortable shower. In addition the apartment has a nice terrace ideal to enjoy it in the summer nights or in the sunny winter days.
Please note that during your stay there may be government water regulations, which may affect the use of the pool, watering the garden or limit the use of tap water.

Det var en fin liten leilighet, ren og pen og godt utstyrt
Pros: Leiligheten ligger fint plassert, midt i det hyggeligste strøket i sentrum.
Solrik balkong, når det ikke regner. Ingen bassenger, men fint passert, hyggelig vært og koselig leilighet.
