Location:<br>The holiday home is located in the Neßmersiel area, near the dike and the North Sea, on a quiet street with no through traffic. This is ideal for families with small children. <br><br>Within about a 5-minute walk, you’ll find two different playgrounds, a small supermarket, and several restaurants. <br><br>NEW: <br>AndersWelt in Neßmersiel—an indoor play park for the whole family, <br>A 5–10-minute walk from our house—with the North Sea Card, admission is free for our guests!!! <br><br>The beach at Neßmersiel is a 5-minute drive away.<br><br>Accommodation at the “Zwergrobbe”: <br>On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200m) and a living room with an open-concept kitchen, featuring two direct exits to the garden and the terrace. The ground floor also includes a large bathroom with a shower (and hair dryer) as well as a washing machine and dryer (included in the price). <br>A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, which is secured at the top by a safety gate.<br>On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200m), a children’s cot, an armchair, and a sleeper sofa. <br>Opposite is the children’s room with two single box-spring beds (90x100m). <br>In addition, there is another toilet/shower room (with a fixed showerhead) on this floor, so you can easily spend your holiday at the “Zwergrobbe” with two generations of your family. All bedrooms are equipped with blinds to darken the room. Some windows in the house have built-in fly screens.<br><br>The house has a living area of approximately 85 square metres—divided into two double bedrooms, one of which has a cot; a children’s room with two single beds (arranged as a double bed) and a cot; two shower rooms, one of which has a washing machine and dryer; a kitchen-living room with space for up to 6 people (a large L-shaped sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, two high chairs, various cabinets, a built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stove and oven, and plenty of appliances and dishes, including children’s plates, children’s cutlery, ample china, glasses, pots, and cutlery, among other items.<br><br>Wi-Fi and internet (fiber-optic connection: 100 Mbit/s download, 50 Mbit/s upload) are available, as are two flat-screen TVs (the one in the living room is a Smart TV), a Blu-ray player, and two portable CD players.<br><br>The garden is well-maintained and fully fenced. It has a lockable garden gate. <br>There is a small garden shed with patio furniture and a bike port (bike shelter) on the side. <br>Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. <br><br>Patio: <br>Patio furniture with cushions, outdoor grill/stone grill, umbrella, handcart <br><br>Bedding/towels:<br>Upon request, bedding and towels can be ordered from our property management for an additional fee.<br><br>Children:<br>For our little guests, the children’s room features a large Duplo box, several books (including some for adults), puzzles, toy cars, a Playmobil train set, and more, as well as a drawing and play table. <br>The living room has plenty of games (Rummikub, Scrabble, Uno, etc.) and a few DVDs. <br>This way, your stay in our house can be a great holiday even on rainy days. :-)<br><br>Visitor’s tax: <br>The tourist office charges a visitor’s tax depending on the season, for which you’ll receive the North Sea Service Card.
