Haus Ingeborg Fewo 20 - MUSCHEL: close to the beach and very centrally located

This beachfront, cosy, and modernly furnished one-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the ground floor (with an lift) is highly functional and fully furnished. The entire apartment is tiled.

The southwest-facing holiday rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The bright and modern living/dining area features 2 comfortable armchairs with a small coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 2 chairs. From here, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view—including the lively hustle and bustle on Strandstraße—through the French balcony with its floor-to-ceiling windows.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m wide). To ensure a good night’s sleep, the apartment is equipped with blackout curtains.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

In addition, your apartment includes a small adjoining room with a walk-in closet. The apartment also has a separate storage room in the stairwell (directly across from the apartment), where you can store suitcases, bulky luggage (e.g., sports equipment), and similar items.

To wash your holiday clothes, communal washing machines and dryers are available on the 2nd floor —these may be used by all guests for a fee (coin-operated).

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (No. 20) assigned to your apartment, located directly behind the building; your bicycles can be parked in the bike racks in the building’s courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex—however, there are 6 steps to walk from the ground-floor entrance to the lift.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—the associated fee is €5.00 per day. A one-time, moderate surcharge is applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people, plus infants up to 2 years of age.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
