Dies ist schon mein 5. Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage an der Ecke Strandstraße/Ulme..

Dies ist schon mein 5. Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage an der Ecke Strandstraße/Ulmen-Straße. Man ist entweder schnell im Wald oder in der Innenstadt. Tagsüber herrscht ein reger Straßenverkehr (Lautstärke auf der Terasse). Geschützter Parkplatz an der Terasse (kein anderer PKW neben einem). Gegenüber dem letzten Jahr verbesserter TV-Empfang (viel mehr Sender) und viel schnelleres Internet (jetzt endlich mit einer FritzBox).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Unternehmungen gut. Wer mit Hund anreist, kann einmal über die Straße, direkt im Stadtwald die Gassirunde starten. (Und es gibt sogar einen Tierarzt in direkter Nähe.) Und wie bereits von anderen Gästen erwähnt , ist der Parkplatz vor der Terasse zum be- und entladen des Gepäcks sehr praktisch. Kühlungsborn ist immer eine Reise wert. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte in der Nähe der Wohnung. -Das Boxspringbett ist toll, leider sind die Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen. Ich hatte daher ziemliche Rückenschmerzen. - Die Spülmaschiene sollte mal überprüft werden, leider reinigt sie nicht ausreichend ! Das meiste Geschirr mußte von Hand nachgespült werden . - Dem Schwarzschimmel im Fensterbereich vom Bad würde evtl. etwas Chlorreiniger gut tun.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine zentrale Lage. Man sollte sich aber nicht an der viel befahrenen Straße stören (Uns stört es jedenfalls nicht). Praktisch ist der einzeln liegende Parkplatz direkt vor der Terasse. Man hat einen sehr kurzen Weg beim Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks aus dem Auto zur Wohnung. Auch kann keiner neben einem Parken und das Auto beschädigen (Für uns ein Hauptmietgrund).
