Wie immer toll!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Virus, weil es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Wir wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war super, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche Ofen, der Pool ist super. Die Lage für uns perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

super tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir haben es geliebt, das Haus bietet viel Platz und Möglichkeiten. Das Highlight war natürlich der große Pool, der Whirlpool auf dem Dach und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mit Kind und Hund perfekt, weil der Garten eingezäunt ist. Das Meer sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind ca 200 m entfernt. Der Sandstrand war vor den Pfingstferien leider noch nicht hergerichtet, weshalb der Strandabschnitt leider nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Das Haus ist sehr intelligent aufgeteilt und bietet genug Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und Privatsphäre gleichermaßen. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gemütliches Haus, entspricht den Bildern. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, sehr nette Vermieterin. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, bis ins Zentrum von Novigrad sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ein kleines Träumchen

Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation und das Organisatoriache war sehr unkompliziert und die Verwalterin wae sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für junge die Partys möchten, Familien oder auch eine Gruppe von Erwachsenen. Es gibt gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Tolles Haus mit Schönheitsfehlern

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und wirkt hell und einladend. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte. Der Pool und das Außengelände sind gepflegt. Lediglich die Kissen und Auflagen für die Außenmaße sind stark verschmutzt und zerschlissen. Wenn die Nachbarhäuser belegt sind, kann es auch mal lauter zugehen (laute Musik, Spaß der Kinder am Pool) Momentan wird das Wohngebiet erweitert, so dass mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist. Anbieter gut erreichbar.

Positiv - Privat Pool - Haus liegt ruhig - An sich schönes Haus mit Platz für Kids. Negativ: - Jaquzzi ging die erste Woche nicht - 1/4 Klimaanlage ging nicht - Löcher in der Wand - Kabel liegen frei aus der Wand ohne anschluss

Gut aber weit weg von 4 Sternen

Das Haus ist gut. Bei uns ging aber einiges nicht z.B. Klimaanlage oder jacuzzi ging erst nach einer Woche und viel Aufwand von uns.
