Beautiful on a vinyard country house "Cellole", detached, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 11 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, outside the resort, 17 km from the centre of Siena, in an elevated position on a slope, 92 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 11 ha with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (extra) (for shared use, extra). Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Amazing place, in the middle of vineyards

We spent there 2 weeks of summer holidays and were simply amazed with the surroundings, views, and ambiance. The house is nice and neat, you basically live in the vineyards so it is calm, private and close to nature. Nature is actually also trying to get inside, but no worries, nothing disturbing. The house is blessed with a very good WiFi (better than ever on tour). Appliances work well, the only issue is a bit of difficulty with the toilet pipes/flushing. Children/dog friendly, very easygoing.

Pos: -liebevoll restauriert -Küche gut beleuchtet -Induktionsfeld -Gestaltung und Aussicht am Pool -extra Poolhandtuch -Wäsche frich duftend Neg: -bei Regen kein Außenaufenthalt möglich -Grünanlage teilweise ungepflegt -klappriger Wäscheständer -wenig Tageslicht im Wohnzimmer -Außenmöbel teilweise defekt (fehlende Latten an Stühlen) -Schirm eingerissen und teilweise verschimmelt -Freisitz nicht regendicht -am Pool zu wenige Liegen Schirme -Wohnzimmersitzmöbel abgewohnt -keine Liege bei Wohnung

Wie von anderen Mietern vor mi...

Wie von anderen Mietern vor mir bereits geschrieben, ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und auch in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, inkl. Kaffeemaschine. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch ist richtig, dass die Einrichtung langsam in die Jahre gekommen ist. So haben diverse Teller bereits Risse, allgemein ist das Inventar ziemlich abgenutzt.Hingegen ist die Hauswartin sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt und alles funktioniert. Sie hat sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass der am Anfang defekte Heisswasserboiler möglichst rasch wieder problemlos funktioniert und hat auch mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles i. O. sei.Alles in allem haben wir die 2 Wochen Ferien sehr genossen. Doch 2 Punkte haben uns gestört. Erstens der Backofen, er hat zwar geheizt, aber der Thermostat kannte nur noch ein oder aus. Prompt sind unsere Brötchen ziemlich schwarz geworden. Dass die Uhr nicht mehr funktioniert, hat mich nicht gestört, doch der Thermostat ist wichtig. Ich habe das auch gemeldet.Zum zweiten ist der Kamin (wir sagen Cheminee dazu) zu erwähnen. Für den Raum ist der Kamin eigentlich viel zu gross. Das eigentliche Problem ist aber, dass eine direkte Frischluftzufuhr zum Feuer fehlt. Obwohl die Eingangstüre nicht sehr dicht ist, muss man ein Fenster offen halten, damit das Feuer genug Luft hat. Macht man das nicht, ist sehr schnell der ganze Raum verqualmt.Dann fehlt im Kamin eine Abluftklappe. Wenn das Feuer brennt kein Problem. Wir hatten aber die ganze Zeit relativ starken Wind und so hat es vielfach durchden Kamin Luft ins Haus gedrückt. Das Resultat war, dass es im Wohnzimmer immer stark nach kaltem Rauch gerochen hat, teilweise so stark, dass man tränende Augen bekam.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ein wenig...

Das Ferienhaus liegt ein wenig am Abseits, was wir, da wir Hunde dabei hatten sehr genossen haben. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal gemütlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!
